A fact about Shahrukh khan

When he was just four years of age, Shah Rukh happened to throw a rock at a neighborhood boy because of which the latter's teeth broke. Late at night that day, the child's father came to the house in an inebriated state while wielding a knife. Shah Rukh's father coolly opened the door and when this man threatened to kill his son for what he had done, he crosschecked with Shah Rukh as to whether or not he had committed the act of mischief. Women dream about sex as often as men do.

Regardless of whether men spend more of their waking hours thinking about sex, a 2007 study found that they are no more likely to dream about sex than women. However, the type of sex dreams that participants had varied by gender. Women are more likely to dream about sex with celebrities, exes, and current partners. Men are more likely to dream about having multiple partners, and 90% of men’s sex dreams involve women initiating sex.

A later study came to a much different conclusion. A dream study in 2009 found that men’s dreams feature more reference to sexual activity and more sexual intercourse, while women’s dreams feature more kissing and sexual fantasies about other dream characters. In addition to having fewer sexually explicit dreams, the women in this study were also stuck with having more nightmares!

The human nose can distinguish more than 10,000 different smells.

There are hundreds of different kinds of neurons in the nose that specialize in recognizing different odors and transmitting those signals to the brain. This occurs when molecules of the things that you can smell travel to your nose. Whatever thing you are smelling (a flower, a piece of fruit, an onion, etc.) gives off light, volatile chemicals called odorants that make their way to your nose as they evaporate. These chemicals trigger the neurons in your nose that allow you to recognize the smell. Specialized smell neurons exist to pick up on different kinds of smells, allowing us to distinguish between over 10,000 different odorants.

A 19-year-old American girl eats five bars of soap per week.

Tempestt Henderson of Florida has an extremely rare medical condition called pica. This disorder gives her an appetite for substances which have little to no nutritional value! Others with the condition have been known to consume items such as coins, chalk, batteries, and toothbrushes. Tempestt says, "In the shower, I like to lather up a green bar of soap, and lick the bubbles. And as the soap disintegrates, I pop a tiny amount of the soap into my mouth and suck it. It's heavenly!" 

She has recently been receiving help in the form of behavioral therapy. Doctors have also encouraged her to go for long walks, making sure to avoid locations where soap is present, such as laundromats and bathrooms!

Despite the fact that this is an unhealthy habit that she's seeking help to overcome, she still agreed to do a photo shoot featuring her eating soap and laundry detergent.
